Cuando Romulo empez\u00f3 a pensar en comprar una casa, sent\u00eda que su vida era agobiante, no solo f\u00edsicamente, sino tambi\u00e9n emocionalmente. \u00c9l, su esposa y sus dos hijos viv\u00edan en una peque\u00f1a casa rodante, con otro beb\u00e9 en camino. El espacio era reducido, las opciones limitadas y el futuro incierto. Hoy, ese beb\u00e9 tiene nueve a\u00f1os y la historia de esta familia es completamente diferente. Antes de descubrir Homewise, Romulo escuch\u00f3 el mismo mensaje que muchas familias:\u00a0Comprar una casa no era posible<\/em>.<\/p>

Un miembro del equipo de Homewise habl\u00f3 con las familias sobre c\u00f3mo prepararse para comprar una casa y, de repente, se les abri\u00f3 una puerta. A\u00f1os de trabajo constante y ahorro cuidadoso hicieron que cosas que antes parec\u00edan insignificantes se convirtieran en algo suficiente. Hoy, la familia disfruta de un espacio completamente remodelado con un gran patio trasero, lugar para celebrar reuniones familiares, ver a sus hijos jugar y simplemente respirar. Cuando su t\u00eda Arelia vino de visita desde California, vio algo que nunca antes hab\u00eda experimentado: no solo una casa, sino una sensaci\u00f3n de estabilidad.<\/p>

\u201cYo viv\u00eda en California cuando mi sobrino me invit\u00f3 a Albuquerque a visitarlo en su nuevo hogar.<\/em>\u2014recuerda\u2014.Ten\u00eda un peque\u00f1o negocio y no generaba muchos ingresos, y solo recib\u00eda la prestaci\u00f3n por desempleo. No cre\u00eda ganar lo suficiente como para calificar para un pr\u00e9stamo hipotecario.<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>
