A los 24 y 26 a\u00f1os, Susana Gallegos y Noah Austin no cre\u00edan posible tener una casa propia. Como muchas parejas j\u00f3venes, la idea les parec\u00eda abrumadora: lejana, intimidante e inalcanzable econ\u00f3micamente. Estudio a tiempo completo, somos j\u00f3venes\u2026 simplemente no cre\u00ed que cumpli\u00e9ramos los requisitos.\u2018<\/p>

Pero a veces, los cambios inesperados crean nuevas oportunidades.<\/p>

La madre de Noah, Cherie Montoya, anim\u00f3 a la pareja a explorar sus opciones. Gracias a la conexi\u00f3n con una amiga cercana, les present\u00f3 a Homewise y al asesor de compra de viviendas Joe Kraft. Ese encuentro se convirti\u00f3 en un punto de inflexi\u00f3n en su historia.<\/p>
