How long have you worked at Homewise?:
Just celebrated 6 years!

What was your first position at Homewise, and how long did you have that role?:
My first position was real estate administrative for Santa Fe and ABQ. I was then a part of the new construction for the Homewise team. I was in this position for three years, and during this time, I was also studying to get my real estate license. Once I passed my test and got my Real Estate license, I became an Associate broker for Homewise. I have been helping our clients find homes for the past three years.

What is your favorite part of working at Homewise?:
My favorite part of working at Homewise is being able to make a difference in our community. Making a difference in someone’s life. I love that I 100% believe in our mission. I enjoy being part of a team that works well together, appreciates each other, and has fun.

If you had one bit of advice for anyone getting started on building their financial wellbeing, what would it be?:
Listen to the advice given by any of our coaches and advisors. Oh, and drink coffee at home.

e is so much to share. I am not just a realtor. I am a mom, a wife, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a friend, and a passionate employee. I am also a team player, and someone’s reason to say they found a home, along with my teammates, because of Homewise.

How long does it usually take our clients to find the right home?:
Anywhere from the first day of meeting to a year or two. My goal is to always make my clients feel comfortable and remind them that we are here to help them at their pace. 

Do you have any advice for someone thinking about becoming a homeowner?
Get started on the process, and ask questions! BE patient. This is one of the biggest purchases of your life! Don’t wait.

Do you work with people who have already owned a home or currently own a home?:
I do! We help everyone!

Have you ever sold a home for someone to a new homeowner?:
I have. We have a listing team that helps sellers.

Is there any advice you have for someone currently in the market to buy a home, especially in these times?:
Be patient with the process.
