At Homewise, we believe there is a better way to buy a home and that an informed homebuyer is an empowered homebuyer. We offer FREE classes to help you manage your finances, prepare for the home-buying process and become successful long-term homeowners.
We offer our classes in English and Spanish, online and in-person, to make it easy for you and your schedule. By providing these free classes, we hope to create a holistic and informed approach to homeownership. Our classes are available to anyone whether you are a Homewise client of not.
*Homebuyer Education is a required courses for any person who is applying for a loan with Homewise.
Steps
In-person classes usually consist of an all-day lectured class, with a copy of the workbook provided. The online classes are self-paced, and we recommend completion within a month.
