The Homewise Homeownership centers in Santa Fe and Albuquerque are a resource for the community to explore their path to homeownership. Our mission at Homewise is to help create successful homeowners and strengthen neighborhoods so that individuals and families can improve their long-term financial wellbeing and quality of life.
We offer several classes, workshops and community events, so check out our calendar below for more information about these opportunities. In addition to these sessions we also provide the spaces, available to rent to our community members.
The Orpheum Theater in ABQ is available for rent and is a great location to host your next dance performance, comedy show, musical performance, class, talk, lecture, workshop, or event! Learn more here.
We also have our conference rooms to rent at both our offices.
*Although these are community spaces, we do not allow the spaces to be used for religious services, political party affiliated events, or personal events such as weddings, birthdays, baby showers, etc.
