How long have you worked at Homewise?

I have been with the organization since June of 2021. 

What is your position at Homewise, and how long have you been in that role?

I am the Customer Service Representative at the Albuquerque location which is located in the Orpheum Community Hub. I have been in this role since I first started with Homewise. 

What is your favorite part of working at Homewise?

My favorite part about working at Homewise is greeting our customers for the first time and learning about their stories and home purchase process. Clients are excited, nervous, and stressed many times, but we always welcomed them and try to ease some of the not so pleasant feelings.

If you had one bit of advice for anyone getting started working with Homewise what would it be?

I believe that to work at Homewise you need to have a great sense of humor and the ability to adapt to changes. Always open to new opportunities, learning, constructive criticism and able to work as a team.  

Is there anything else you’d like to add about yourself or your role at Homewise?

I love being part of the customer service team since I get to talk to many people from different backgrounds, socioeconomic status, job titles and learn from them. My day goes by fast and enjoy being able to support the rest of our team.
