Financial aspects of homeownership don’t end once you get the keys to your home. In this module, we review your monthly mortgage payment and annual escrow statement. We talk about the importance of budgeting and the role that credit plays now that you’re a homeowner. We help you determine if refinancing is right for you and look at ways to finance those home improvements you might be dreaming of.

Learn how to build a sense of community with your neighbors and contribute through simple acts like being neighborly and voting in local elections.
