How should Santa Fe grow? Homewise would love to hear your ideas about the future of northwest Santa Fe (Area 1B). As we explore possibilities for this area, we want your input on the kinds of housing, businesses, community amenities, and outdoor spaces you’d like to see — or not see — in this part of town.

Homewise is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping create successful homeowners and strengthen neighborhoods so that individuals and families can improve their long-term financial well-being and quality of life. We own a significant amount of land in northwest Santa Fe (between 599 and Alameda, map on next page of survey) and want to ensure the vision for this area reflects the needs, values, and priorities of current residents, future neighbors, and the broader community.
